Three Ways to Work Together
Each service is shaped around a different moment in your interior design journey. Engage at whatever stage makes sense for you.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
Spatial Design as a Sequential Process
We treat interior design as an architectural discipline — which means decisions are made in a deliberate order. Spatial logic first, then material character, then technical specification, then construction oversight. This sequence prevents the expensive downstream problems that arise when decisions are rushed or reversed mid-build.
Listen & Observe
Site visit, spatial brief, direction references
Design & Specify
Spatial planning, materials, 3D, documentation
Build & Guide
Contractor management, quality reviews, sourcing
Arrange & Complete
Final placement, accessories, handover
Courtyard Conversation
MYR 440An open, exploratory discussion about your space and what it could become. This is the right starting point if you're uncertain about direction, want a professional perspective before committing to a full project, or simply want to understand what's spatially possible.
Includes a site visit with careful attention to light conditions, flow, and spatial potential. A written brief follows, covering observations and a framework for direction. Visual references are provided to help articulate the aesthetic possibilities we discussed.
What's Included
- Half-day site visit and spatial observation
- Written brief: flow, light, spatial potential
- Visual direction references (mood and material)
- Suitable for homes, villas, and small hospitality projects
Spatial Architecture & Design
MYR 3,300A thorough design service that treats your interior as an architectural composition. This is where ideas become resolved — spatially, materially, and technically — before any construction begins. The output is a complete design document thorough enough for your contractor to quote and build from accurately.
We work through spatial planning, material and texture selection, furniture curation, and lighting strategy. Immersive 3D visualisation is included so you can see and respond to the space before committing. Two revision rounds are built in.
What's Included
- Full spatial planning and layout development
- Material, texture, and finish selection
- Furniture and lighting curation
- Immersive 3D visualisation of key spaces
- Complete design document with specifications
- Two revision rounds for design refinement
- For residential and commercial spaces
Construction Companionship
MYR 1,700Renovation is where good design can go quietly wrong without consistent oversight. This service keeps your designer present throughout the build — managing contractor relationships, reviewing work quality at key stages, sourcing materials where the spec calls for a specific product, and tracking progress against the original timeline.
The service concludes with a final arrangement and accessory placement session — where your space is assembled in its complete form for the first time. It's the most satisfying part of the whole process.
What's Included
- Contractor relationship management
- Regular site visits and quality reviews
- Material sourcing and procurement support
- Timeline tracking and progress reporting
- Final arrangement and accessory placement session

Services can be combined. Many clients engage all three sequentially.
Shared Across All Services
Technical Standards & Protocols
Client Confidentiality
All site data, photographs, and project documents are held confidentially. No client work is shared publicly without written consent.
Material Compliance
We only specify materials that meet relevant Malaysian standards for residential and commercial interiors, particularly for finishes in high-humidity environments.
Clear Communication
All proposals are written in plain language. We explain the reasoning behind design decisions so you can engage with them rather than just approve or reject.
Realistic Timelines
We don't promise durations we can't keep. Our timeline estimates include buffer for normal site delays and material lead times.
Durability Over Trend
We design for how spaces will look and function in five years, not just how they'll photograph the week the furniture arrives.
Post-Project Support
After handover, we remain available for queries about the specification — suppliers, material care, or future adjustments — at no additional charge.
